As a coach specializing in kids fitness, my challenge is to make sure they are having fun, practicing safe movement patterns but integrating knowledge through a wide variety of activities. We focus on every child's needs, interests & age level, as well as what other activities they are involved with. I have been promoting youth fitness in our community for the last ten years and am excited to be focusing on this initiative full time.
